Hello Coliegrl,

There are programs available for help with college, if you wish to pursue your education. The schools have numerous programs which their financial department are aware of that you may qualify for, such as the Federal Pell Grant Program.
You can find out about all kinds of educational grants:
Grants Alert
Find Tuition

As far as housing, that is a bit more difficult, yet there are some avenues that you can check into to see if you can qualify. EHow has some information that is useful when starting your search for a housing grant. Also read What is a Housing Grant
HUD
Housing Grants
Housing Assistant Network

Applying for the grants is work, so be prepared to read a lot and fill out a lot of applications in order to find one that you qualify for.

Good Luck to you!
Michelle
