Reply to mroberts's Post: 30 year fixed. 119.500 to 122.500. owe 118.000 just bought it few months ago. Saddly enough 76,000 unless early pay off. We pay bi weekly on condo and yes we didn't pay todays payment. First late payment in 15 teen years of having it. Husband just refianced it a year ago without me knowing. I want to turn that condo into a income for us. neither of us has great credit at this moment, Husband is filing bankrupcy on his debts. Me I am doing the step's to get my credit cleaned up. I know there are ways to make this happen, As I have been learning alot of the in's and outs of real estate. But like anything else hard to find the right person or knowledgeable person to help us out. I was thinking about just seeing about a capital raise release equity mortage on the condo getting what we can and walking away. Any feed back. Thanks alot Stacy
