I am in personal bankruptcy and I could not afford to keep my vehicle that was leased. I returned the vehicle after filing bankruptcy with approx. 24 months letf on my lease. Now the leasing company feels that I need to pay outstanding charges after they sold of the vehicle while I am still in bankruptcy. Am I liable to pay any charges?
