we got new windows in january 2007 it costs us £3925 we have paid £73.78 every month and we still owe £3740 they are charging us £60.21 each month in interest so are balance is only going down by £13.00 which we did not realise until we asked for a settlement figure is there anything we can do about these interest charges thankyou diane
